Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy ("Policy") outlines the shipping terms and conditions for purchases made through www.thethreadnation.com ("Online Store"), owned and operated by The Thread Nation. This Policy is applicable to all orders placed through the Online Store and is subject to change at the discretion of The Thread Nation.

 

Shipping Locations

The Thread Nation currently ships across India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

 

Shipping Timeframes

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Once dispatched, the estimated delivery times are:

  • Metro Cities: 3-5 business days

  • Non-Metro Cities & Towns: 5-7 business days

  • Remote Areas: 7-10 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and actual delivery may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier delays, or operational challenges.

 

Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: A nominal shipping fee may be applicable depending on the order value and location.

  • Free Shipping: Available on orders above a specified amount, which will be mentioned on the Online Store from time to time.

  • Any additional shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly mentioned at the time of checkout.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with the tracking details. You can track your order using the tracking link provided.

 

Delivery Policy

  • Orders are delivered through reputed courier partners.

  • The delivery will be attempted up to three times; if unsuccessful, the order will be returned to us.

  • In case of a delay, customers may reach out to our customer support team for assistance.

  • Delivery is considered complete when the product is handed over to the customer or any person at the provided shipping address.

 

Address Change & Order Modifications

  • Address changes are allowed only before the order is dispatched.

  • Once shipped, the address cannot be modified.

  • To request an address change, please contact customer support immediately after placing the order.

 

Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • If an order is received in a damaged condition, customers must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery along with an unboxing video for verification.

  • If an order is lost in transit, we will initiate an investigation with the courier partner. A replacement or refund will be processed based on the investigation outcome.

 

Undelivered Orders

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, non-availability of the recipient, or any other issue, the customer may be required to pay a re-shipping fee for reattempting delivery.

 

Cancellation & Refund for Shipping Issues

  • Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.

  • If a delay in shipping occurs due to unforeseen reasons, customers may request a cancellation before dispatch for a full refund.

  • Refunds for lost or undelivered orders will be processed after the verification process is completed.
