REFUND POLICY

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Products that have been used, washed, or altered.

  • Minor color variations due to screen resolution.

  • Orders where the customer provided an incorrect shipping address.

  • Any product purchased during a sale, clearance, or promotional offer, unless defective.

 

Refund Process

To request a refund, customers must follow these steps:

  1. Report the Issue: Contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Provide Proof: Share an unboxing video and clear images of the product showing the issue.

  3. Verification: Our team will review the complaint and determine refund eligibility.

  4. Refund Approval: If approved, the refund will be processed as per the chosen method.

 

Refund Modes & Timeline

  • Original Payment Method: If paid online, the refund will be credited to the original payment source within 7-10 business days.

  • Store Credit: Customers may opt for a store credit, which can be used for future purchases.

  • Bank Transfer (For COD Orders): Customers must provide bank details, and the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.

 

Cancellation & Refunds for Canceled Orders

  • Orders can be canceled only before shipment. Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.

  • If an order is canceled before dispatch, a full refund will be issued.

 

Late or Missing Refunds

If a refund has not been received within the specified timeframe, customers should:

  • Check with their bank or payment provider.

  • Contact customer support for further assistance.
