We offer refunds for products that are damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing from your order. Refunds are not applicable for used, washed, or altered products, minor color variations, or incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.

To request a refund, contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video and clear images showing the issue. Our team will review and process eligible refunds accordingly.

3. How long does it take to receive a refund?

  • Online payments: Refunds will be processed to the original payment source within 7-10 business days.

  • Store credit: Instant store credit for future purchases.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Refunds will be transferred via bank account within 7-10 business days after providing the required details.

4. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order before it has been shipped. Once the order is dispatched, cancellations are not allowed.
